With some exciting Team Honk news coming later in the week it seemed like a good idea to share a bit of where I left off, on our attempt up Ben Wivis on the Scotland leg with jolly good eggs, Mary from Keynko, Bruce (husband of Mummy Barrow) and Iain (former husband of mine). The weather may have taken a turn for the worse and technically we had to turn back halfway up, but I have such fond memories of the bonkers short trip we made to Scotland to end the 2014 Team Honk Relay from Lands End to John O'Groats to raise money for Sport Relief to help them carry on with the good work that they do in both the UK and Africa.

We met some good people en route, the hostel owners who donated some of our payment for staying back to the Relay. To Iain's parents who waited in the JOG car park for us to arrive and donate and the couple who stopped to ask us just what we were doing at John O Groats dressed in Team Honk hoodies and a Dino onesie, only to then give us some cash to donate on their behalf.

It's been lovely looking back through all the photos from the relay over on the Team Honk website today - just the medicine for me post-op (one word: sore!)
