145. Frosty forest fun
When it's really cold the world around you looks different and it can be really good fun to head out and visit places you usually frequent. Now I have taken Kitty and Ozzy to Dibden Inclosure many times before but when we pulled up to park they didn't recognise the place. As soon as they spied icy puddles they were off!
The frosty forest is a sensory playground, there's the cold noses, the slippy thick ice, the thick ice that cracks underfoot, the crunchy leaves.
And it's just waiting to be explored!
I love this next photo, ok, so Kitty looks *slightly* crazed, but for a shy child who isn't a great fan of having her photo taken it's a triumph - and a testament to how much fun she was having.
I love how the whole forest can be transformed by frost, I find it really relaxing.
As for Kitty and Ozzy, you can't beat hammering icy puddles with stumpy sticks. They were happy, I was happy, good times!
