A second glimpse into my vintage heaven

vintage books

Back in January I shared a glimpse into my vintage heaven, photos that I had taken at my mother’s house of a very small part  of her massive collection of curiosities and all things vintage. She’s collected so many things over the years, 99% of it from visiting car boot sales. Visiting her house is always fascinating, there’s always a ‘new old find’, something discovered and bought for often just a pound or two.

This week, I took off for a child-free day in Gloucester visiting my mother, blogging chum Em and Iain and my oldest children. Today I’m sharing some photos I took at my mums house that afternoon. Enjoy!

  1. Oh my, I don’t know what i like most! Not sure I could live with so much (beautiful) stuff but the books are fabulous, and my Nan used to work at Tate and Lyle in Liverpool many moons ago so those items brought back some memories.

  2. Every time you show some more of your Mum’s house I think how lucky you are! What a stunning collection she has and such a beautiful home. x
