Sunrise in the New Forest

Sunrise in the New Forest

This weeks How Does Your Garden Grow? comes from Grandad's garden one foggy morning this week. We are staying with Al's parents as our house building guff rumbles on and it's been lovely to wake up and throw back the curtains to be greeted with a view of Penn Common. There's been a few foggy mornings this week, most of these were taken pre-8am in my dressing gown and wellies...

There's all the usual Autumnal sights - cobwebs, rain drops of grass, fungi and of course leaves!

Grandad's garden nemesis this time of the year, leaves. Loads of leaves that require loads of raking up, spot the grandad...

I know they are only cobwebs but I like to think they are a bit like bunting...

I've been loving the early starts this past week, they have made me realised that it's worth getting up early if only to get outdoors and see a totally different view!

Thanks, as always to those who joined in last week, some faves include: A bit of Kipling (oh how I hanker cake now), eerie Autumn photos from Katie, the colours Kriss shared, Kirsty's taste of Scotland, Claudia's Miami colour blast and Gemma's gardens in Bergen. I love how far HDYGG took us all last week!
