81. Exbury Gardens
After a week of having a big cross painted on our front door, along with a chap ringing a bell shouting 'UNCLEEEEEEAN', I can confirm that the chicken pox has not subsided chez Saurus and the children back at school. I didn't think that I've have any photos to show for this week, having spent much time housebound with the contagious duo, however when they went back to school yesterday I legged it to local Exbury Gardens, making the most of the annual pass that I bought myself earlier in the year with some birthday money (thanks mother-in-law!).
Oh my - blooms galore, serious beauty at every turn. I only had an hour there but it was an hour well spent, iPod playing some very chilled out Boards of Canada, sun shining and one very happy smiling Annie, here's what I saw...
You can understand how hard it was to tear myself away and pick up the children from school can't you?
Thanks to all who joined in last week, so faves include: Flower head-shots, a worn out wheelbarrow, a fancy garden in Cheshire, lavender fields, herb garden, many shades of pink and imminent strawberries.
