I visited family in Gloucester at the weekend and snuck round to my mum's garden to see how things are growing. I so was impressed with how much colour there is already! It was a beautiful sunny day, so good to be reminded of just how great it is to be in a garden on a hot day.

This evening we fly off for 3 weeks of travelling. I'm beyond excited! Both Al and I have worked so hard over the past year, Al especially, and to have just over three weeks of time off together as a family is going to be so very special. This trip is even more special because we'll be seeing old friends along the way; Ruth & family in Tasmania, Jolene & family in Melbourne and Katrina & family in Sydney (who last saw me moonwalking into a lift in Greece - the shame of it).

We'll be heading to Singapore, Tasmania, Melbourne, driving along the south coast over a week (stopping along the way at different places), Sydney and finally Hong Kong. I'll share some photos on Instagram when I can and also over on travelpostcards.co.uk which I've started to share snippets of our trip with friends and family.

It's all go at home whilst we are away though, builders are starting to tarmac our very long drive and lay a patio outside our bi-folds so my garden will be changing in my absence - looking forward to returning to it all completed - then we'll be welcoming a whippet to our family!

It's all go! I'll leave this linky open for the 3 weeks that I'm away, have fun kidz!
