So you’ve found a theme you like for your self hosted WordPress blog, now to think about ways to take that theme and make it more…well…you.

Whether you have a free theme or a premium WordPress theme the chances are is that at some point you may find yourself wishing something on it was a bit different, maybe a narrower header area, a wider sidebar, a fancier font or just a whole ‘look’ that could make your blog stand out that little bit more. These are busy blogging times my friends, there’s a lot of us out there and with readers having the choice of lots of blogs to read there can be advantages in having a blog that looks jolly super.
