#Controversial !

This sketchbook is special, it's our new Family Adventures Journal, for quality times together. I found earlier in the year here that both Kitty and Ozzy love to draw when we are out and about, and it gives us something physical to remember our adventures by.

Made in Germany, Nuuna is a range of books with some extraordinary cover materials and premium Swedish Munken paper inside. Now I'm not a paper expert but I do know that when it comes to buying a notebook or sketchbook that you are going to take good care of that you want the paper inside to take ink well - this sketchbook has just that. No ink bleeding, smooth to write on and the pages are just great quality.

It's not just the pages that ooze quality, the cover does too - it's made from sturdy grey board with a handprinted silkscreen graphic design. Along the spine there's an elastic pen holder with sketching pencil included. I chose a Lamy rollerball pen to use with it, I have a love of roller ink pens - and so do the kids.

I've mentioned before that I'm a fan of nicely designed stationery and this sketchbook is a winner for me as it combines coolness with quality. This book was my choice as part of my Bureau Direct monthly reviewing shenanigans - next time I'll be showing you my picks for my new office space desk *excited face*.

In the meantime if you are looking for some Crimbo inspiration, Bureau Direct have a 12 Days of Xmas promotion where they heavily discount a product every day - head over to find out what's on offer today!

Factoids

You can find out more / buy the Nuuna orange graphic sketchbook as featured in this post here on the Bureau Direct website.

I love the range of Lamy rollerball pens that Bureau Direct stock, I'm much prefer a rollerball over a fountain pen, you can see the Lamy pen range here.
