Not a tweaker of nipples you filthy bunch of miscreants. Not a tweaker of knobs. Behave now, this is getting silly. And not even a tweaker of the chubby little cheeks of rosy faced infants. No. I am tweaker of WordPress themes.
We’ve all been there, led awake in the dead of night, staring blankly into space, our eyes slightly crazed and boggling thinking to ourselves “I really am not sure about the font on my widgets”. Right? I mean you do do that yes?
And you know how it is, you are sat on the computer of an evening staring aimlessly at your blog thinking “If only that freaking sidebar were a bit wider”. Yes?
And you visit a blog to read a post and start shouting at the screen “FOR THE LOVE OF GOD NO!” when you are greeted by a neon purple background and ultra-bold fluro pink slanty handwriting font that no one IN THE WORLD can possibly read. Can they? And you go into a whole half hour personal session of inner self-doubt at whether in fact the font is really hard to read or is it actually your eyes are getting old and you may need glasses – the big milk bottle type that look like Deidre Barlow cross-breeded with the Milky Bar kids dad and you know that everyone will mock you forever more for your inevitable highly un-bang-on-trend eyewear?
Well thank buggery that it’s not just me then. For a moment I feared that I would sound a bit odd.
So yeah, because I am potentially obsessed I have started a site of WordPress theme tweaks. Walkthrough guides of how to make your blog look like I have done / am doing on new ones. Concentrating mainly on decent free WordPress themes ( as there are some corkers out there ) I will also cover some premium themes, including the most used Elegant themes.
First off free WordPress new Twenty Twelve theme that came out with the last WordPress update

Well if nothing else it’ll keep me off the streets.

Shame it’s not the tweaking of nipples. Am v disappointed. I don’t lie there thinking about fonts but I do wake up with the answers to the nitty gritty stuff I’ve been trying to get my head around – like editor vs admin stuff – real lightbulb things and posts to write! I do like wordpress now I’m more familiar with it but I’ve always preferred someone else do the tweaking

I’m so very glad that I am on boring old Blogger and therefore there are limitations to the tweaking that can be done.

seriously??!! when do you sleep??!! one of the reasons I crossed over from blogger to WordPress was because of the themes. not done much with it since I crossed though…but I do prefer it
